This is what we are dealing with and only through our inaction has this been allowed to continue. The true and correct history of how this and much, much more was done to us is soon to be released. Soon is a relative term and means when we are ready to release it. I remember a Jack Nichalson Movie where he stands up from the witness stand and yells "You can't handle the truth!".., well America, maybe you can't but you'll get it anyway. This Notice Of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right is directed to the President of the Corporate United States, the Bankers, the Administrative Bureaucracies, all Representatives Of The Foreign Principles, The Agents, The Corporate Entities, The Corporate Officers, The Corporate Officials, The Corporate Commissioners, The Judges, The Governors Of The Corporate States, The Speakers Of The House, The Lawyers, The Law Enforcement Officers, The County Sheriffs’ And All Elected And Appointed Members Of the Corporate Government Of The Several States….
It is taught that since the creation of the United States of America and its Constitution, the President and Congress take an Oath of office to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic and that an oath is sworn to faithfully execute the laws of the United States of America. The people presume that to mean any and all legislation will be within the delegated constitutional authority. It is also stated that Congress has no authority to legislate for one of the several states. The jurisdiction of Congress is made perfectly clear as being a district 10 miles square know as the District of Columbia.
Whether by mistake or design, a bankruptcy of the United States was declared in 1933 by President Roosevelt by Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111 and Executive Order 6260, and as a result the People of America were declared to be enemies of the government, under the "Trading With The Enemy Act" October 6, 1917, and as codified at 12 U .S.C. 95b. refers to the authority granted in the Act of October 6, 1917 The Trading with the Enemy Act or War Powers Act) which was "An Act to define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes". This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States, but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof". It was here that every American citizen literally became an enemy to the United States government under declaration. According to the current Memorandum of American Cases and Recent English Cases on The Law of Trading With the Enemy, It states I have no personal Rights at law in any court, as all Rights of an enemy to sue in the courts are suspended, whereby the public good must prevail over private gain.
This Act also provides for the taking of enemy private property. The Governors of the several States of the Union pledged the full faith and credit of its citizens to the aid of the National Government in perpetuity.
As a declared enemy, what I have always believed to be my private property has never been mine. The only way I can do business or any type of legal trade is to obtain permission from government by means of a license.
It is difficult to believe, that for 76 years, since 1933, all Americans have been pledged for the debt of the UNITED STATES owed to international bankers, most of whom are foreign to our country. My credit, labor, productivity and property have been used and is now being used as collateral by the incorporated UNITED STATES without my consent. I have lived all my life with no money or property having been reduced to a pauper by what calls itself government acting outside it’s constitutional jurisdiction with no authority but its own.
The nature of the conspiracy to defraud can be best understood in comments by one of the major conspirators in the triumph of establishing the Federal Reserve, "Colonel" Edward Mandell House, who is purported to have said this in a private meeting with President Woodrow Wilson: "Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will effect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer being unable to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions.
Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading [birth certificate] to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call `Social Insurance.' Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America."
Through ongoing deceit and fraud upon the American people, this has come to pass. The national health care bill just passed creates this data base of your biological property!
Under what Authority, or Contract does this government commit such a flagrant violation and intrusion into a man's right of self determination and choice? If there is a contract signed by me to obey and participate willingly in this fraud and deceit and to willingly participate in the destruction of this Nation, present it to me and I will obey. Neither the defacto Congress or the defacto Several States have authority to adjust what may be called the rights of men, those fundamental rights which are the essence of civil freedom,; but only to declare and vindicate those fundamental rights which appertain to the essence of citizenship, and the enjoyment or deprivation of which constitutes the essential distinction between freedom and slavery.
The federal government has assumed powers that were never delegated to it, all done in the name of “making this nation more fair.” This nation was not founded on the principles of “fairness.” It was founded on the principle of “Freedom and Liberty.” Every American has the same right to succeed or fail. Every family has the right to decide what they will teach their children. Every person has the right to travel in any state in this nation without having to prove he is an American by showing a ‘National Identity Card.” Every American has the right to work in the profession of his choice, worship the religion of his choice, marry the person of his choice, live in the neighborhood of his choice, and procure the medical treatment of his choice. The people have the right to do whatever they please with their bodies and not have their actions construed as a crime against the state. All these things are the rights of free people and they do not need permission from government to exercise them by virtue of their birth, not their birth certificate.
The abstract right of individuals to withdraw from the society of which they are members, is recognized by an uncommon coincidence of opinion;............ by every writer, ancient and modern; by the civilian, by the common‑law lawyer; by the philosopher, and by International Law. It is perceived as the law of nature, and of nature's God.
I have no apprehension that this power, under our American system of government, in which all official authority is derived from the people, and exercised under direct responsibility to the people, has been abused under the claim of Emergency, Necessity, the power to regulate commerce, and the power to borrow money, all done under constructive fraud which was a crime against the people.
The President and the Congress took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. They swore to faithfully execute the laws of the United States of America. They violated that oath which ended the compact between government and the people. I am exercising my right to election. I am no longer to be considered a 14th amendment citizen of the defacto united states or a citizen of any of the corporate defacto several states. I am now announcing that I am electing to be an American National, citizen of nothing defacto, and will from this day forward serve and owe allegiance only to a government functioning in original jurisdiction.
